Zeichnen, modellieren, gravieren - dies sind die Grundlagen meiner hier gezeigten Arbeiten.

Einige der Arbeiten sind in Ausübung meines Berufes, des Graveurs, entstanden, andere durch Mitarbeit an Hobbyprojekten, Kursen, oder als freiberufliche Auftragsarbeiten.

When the mind of some remote ancestor of ours conceived to scrape a mark deep into the hard, cold stone of his cave wall it was an effort to say "I was here". When he made two marks it was to say, "...and this is what I saw."

When a line is placed near another line something inevitable happens. Between them  no longer is mere space, but a sudden existence -they do belong together in a drawing.
